Community Manager Web 1.88.0

Features

Organization Wide Default Settings - Notification settings have been updated so that you can set default settings and more easily update their notification settings. Community default settings and the property notification settings redesign allow for greater convenience and simplicity for your site teams. Community default settings allow your site teams to set defaults for all newly created properties. Currently, you can define defaults for Notification Settings. For more information, please see our Notification Settings Support Guide.

Notification Settings Redesign - The Property Notifications Settings page has been updated so that it resembles the Community Default Settings page. However, property notification settings are organized by notification type rather than user role so that it is easier for your site teams to update both new and existing notifications. You can update notification settings for your existing properties on this page.

Lock Model Units After Hours - This feature provides a way for you to allow for your model homes to be unlocked during the day for easy access but to become secure at night. Within Property Settings → Property Device Config → Locks, there is a Lock Model Units After Hours setting with an enable/disable checkbox. If enabled, the lock will attempt to lock itself hourly if left unlocked after business hours.

My Access Tab - The My Access tab allows your site teams to view necessary access codes in a more accessible manner. Users with the proper permissions can now view vacant access codes via Community Manager Web; this eliminates the need to send multiple text messages, especially for clients who have vacant access codes enabled for a large number of properties.

BugFixes

Staff Notification Settings Error - We have resolved an issue that resulted in a 500 error when users with Notifications Update permissions added/removed employee roles within Staff Notification Settings. Now, these users are able to add/remove employee roles successfully.

Self-Guided Tours 2.49.0

Features

ID and Geolocation Check Option Enhancement - We’ve updated the verbiage for the Skip ID check, and Skip Geolocation option from “Never” to “Do Not Skip” for better clarification on the option.

Tooltip Description for Skip Home Selection - We’ve added a tooltip descriptive text next to the Skip Home Selection functionality to provide additional information to stakeholders on what the enablement of the Skip Home feature does.

Enable Send Prospect Tour Confirmation Email - We now require prospects to provide their email address during the tour scheduling process on the Prospect Information page. This update helps to ensure that prospects receive this confirmation via email, SMS, or both. Previously, we were only sending this confirmation via SMS; however, there were instances of these messages being blocked by SMS carriers. This update will provide redundancy in communication so that prospects will receive the confirmation message.
