Community Manager Web 1.79
Features
Alloy Access Integration Migration - This update provides a centralized area to manage or edit all group settings for the Alloy Access Integration. Alloy Access is now found on the Integrations Page and is broken into its separate providers for further convenience. *Note: Users will need the Integration View and Update permission to utilize this feature.
BugFixes
Low Battery Notifications - We have fixed an issue with low battery notifications. Work orders for low battery notifications will now be generated automatically rather than 24 hours after the notification.
Self-Guided Tours 2.40.0
Features
URL Links with Pre-Selected Homes - This update provides you with a way to preselect homes without completely bypassing the home selection process. The tour URLs have an optional parameter to pre-select the checkbox rather than skipping the home selection screen while still allowing the prospect to select additional homes in that market.
Realpage SGT Pricing Config - This update provides your community with a way to manage the pricing information presented to the prospect during tours. This serves to minimize the risk that you may have to honor an incorrect price if the prospect applies. This configuration’s default is set to manually configured.
Handle Third-Party Integration Credentials Not Available State - This update handles third-party integration credentials if a credential cannot be verified and is not available to the prospect. A display warning will be shown to prospects if they have failed to add certain credentials that they need to tour. If a credential is not created, prospects will see a flash message with the following ‘Welcome, <name>’ that says, ‘One or more credentials could not be created for this tour. Please contact <phone number> for assistance‘. We have also built in an Automatic Retry Upon Failed Credentials feature that will retry creating the credentials in the event of a timeout or network error; if it still fails, the user will see the above message. This update works to improve the overall prospect touring experience.
Show Preview of Lat/Long to CMW User - You can preview the property’s latitude and longitude in Community Manager Web through a map view to ensure the correct coordinates are inputted. This increases the percent chance of the prospect viewing the code and completing the tour.
Show Building on Prospect UI - This update improves the prospect experience as it provides information on which building the unit is found.
Funnel/Lasso Integrations Migration - This update provides central areas to manage or edit all group settings for both the Funnel and Lasso Integrations. When a user clicks into either of these
Integrations, they will see three main tabs: Overview, Credentials, and Property Settings. *Note: Users will need the Integration Update permission to utilize this feature.
Alloy Pass 1.3.0
Features
Gray Out Future and Expired Passes (iOS and Android) - Expired and future passes now display as grayed out within the appropriate tabs of the Alloy Pass app. Residents can only view these passes; they are not able to interact with them.
Add Date/Timestamp on Passes - This update provides guests with more information on their pass availability. The pass now shows when it is available, when it will expire, and when it is expired. Permanent passes show that they are available until access is revoked.
Move Gear Icon on Pass Card (iOS) - This update keeps the design within the Alloy Pass app consistent for admin users. The gear icon now displays in the top right-hand corner of the pass.
BugFixes
Profile Information is Blank Bugfix - We have fixed the Profile tab of the Alloy Pass app so that when clicking into it, users will see their name, phone number, and email address (if provided).
Keyboard Appears When App Closes Bugfix - When closing out of the app or bringing it back to the foreground, the keyboard will no longer appear, allowing for a better user experience.
