Community Manager Web 1.85

Features

Stuck Codes Reporting and Troubleshooting - We now provide more transparency around Stuck Codes to assist in addressing and eliminating security concerns for your communities. Occasionally, errors occur when an access code is attempting to be added or removed from a Hub/lock. Most of these scenarios are due to hardware or connectivity issues. You can optionally opt-in to enable our Stuck Codes report which will give insight on devices inside which units have been affected. The Stuck Codes report displays the following information:

Property Name | Property ID | Unit Name | Unit ID | Unit Status

Device Name | Possible Reason | Hub Offline At

In addition to the new report, enabling Stuck Codes visibility will allow Site Staff with the proper (Update Access Code) permission to Retry Stuck Codes and attempt to re-add/remove them from the affected lock(s). Site Staff will also be able to see visible warning banners on a Unit’s Hub or Access tab.

Please reach out to your Account Manager if you would like to enable this feature.

Work Orders Enqueue Jobs - Creating a work order with multiple affected units can take several minutes to perform in the background. With this fix, our system will run individual jobs per work order per unit so, in the off chance something does go wrong during the job, our system will have already created those work orders up into that point which will save time and frustration for your Site Staff. We additionally now provide a flash banner at the top of the screen upon submitting a work order indicating “Your work order is being created for the specified units. Please check back in a few minutes.” This will eventually redirect you to the work order detail page. This feature provides more visibility for Site Staff into the creation of work orders on multiple units.

Update Battery Percentage on Work Order Closure (Locks Only) - Previously battery percentage updates for battery replacement would take up to 24 hours to display in Community Manager Web, or they would need to manually re-pair the device to see an automatic update. Now when a low battery work order is closed, the corresponding device’s battery percentage will be updated automatically to both reduce confusion around battery percentages and eliminate the manual need to re-pair devices.

Bug Fixes

Thermostat Control During Installation Fix - We’ve fixed a bug where previously within Community Manager Web’s installation workflow the mode and temperature were not operational. We’ve fixed this so the device workflow now functions as expected.

Work Order Closure on Units with Deleted Hubs Fix - Previously, Site Staff would receive a 500 error when work orders were closed on units with deleted Hubs. We’ve fixed this so now the 500 error no longer occurs.

Self-Guided Tours 2.46.0

Features

Implement Geolocation for Community Access Cards - Custom community access cards will now show based on the geolocation settings in Community Manager Web. If geolocation is not configured, the community access cards will display on the tours app based on the community access configuration (ie. show 30 mins prior to the tour or when the tour starts). This new feature will avoid unnecessary access code exposure if the prospect is not in the vicinity of the community for improved security.

BDX Integration V1.2 - Add Syndicate Button In Group Settings - In the event that the automated upload fails, you can select a Syndicate Now button to manually start the upload. Integration must be enabled, the Enable Self Tour Now Syndication must be toggled on, and you must have Integration Sync permission in order for the Syndicate Now button to be enabled. This new feature provides a manual way to send tour URLs to BDX at any time.

The Syndicate Now button is available on two pages, the Integrations → Property Settings page as well as the Unit Availability page for convenient access.
