Community Manager Web 1.84
Features
Remove Photo Upload During Device Installation - We have simplified the device installation process in Community Manager for users by removing the photo upload step within the process. This step that prompted users to upload a photo of the device was often skipped in Community Manager Web as users had likely already completed this within Alloy Install.
Delete Devices When Hub is Deleted - This update deletes partial-orphaned devices when a hub is deleted. Now when a hub is deleted, all devices associated with that hub will be marked as deleted within the database. This will help avoid potential issues with future device pairing.
Bug Fixes
Not Installed Units Showing as Offline - Now, when viewing the Units tab for a property, units without a hub will show as “Not Installed” rather than “Offline.”
Access Code Fails to Update - When a resident requests a new “My Access” code, the code that is on the lock will now appear even if there is a pending replacement. Previously, if a lock went offline and the “My Access” code failed to update, a new code would still show even if it was not on the lock and when the lock was back online the new code would not work. This update ensures that residents are always able to access the correct codes for their lock(s).
Self-Guided Tours 2.45.0
Features
Add Alloy Access - Salto Integration for Prospects - To optimize the prospect experience at communities that have Salto enabled, we have added the ability for client/property managers to enable Prospect Access within the current Alloy Access - Salto integration settings. Now when a prospect creates a tour at a community with Salto enabled, the prospect after scheduling a tour will be prompted to download the Alloy Pass app to access their Salto BLE credentials.
Yardi Unit Details - Building and Floor Removed - This update resolves an issue in which building and floor details were removed every time a Yardi sync was run, making it necessary for site teams to enter in this information manually after every sync. Now, this information must only be entered into Community Manager Web once and remains thereafter Yardi syncs. This information is additionally always displayed to the prospect in the Tours app.
Alloy Access 1.8.0
Features
Show User Assigned Doors (Alloy Access Sites) - Alloy Access users can now view a list of doors that an individual member has access to for Alloy Access type sites. To access this page, navigate to the Members tab, and click on the Credentials card and look for the new top tab labeled Doors. This tab will display a list of corresponding door names associated with that user.
Add Support for Multiple Time Intervals in Schedule - Previously only one schedule could be assigned to an access level at a given time. With this new feature, Alloy Access users now have the option to create multiple time windows for access schedules. For instance, this update allows the option to create a single schedule for business hours with differing schedules on the weekends versus weekdays. There is an option to add additional intervals per door, per access level. Different access levels can have different schedules for the same doors. All of the scheduled intervals can be managed by clicking the Schedules tab.
Don’t Show Request to Exit Events - Previously we displayed REX (Request to Exit) events within Alloy Access. We have removed this event type from displaying in the Events log to reduce unnecessary activity clutter on the events page.
