Release Notes - 1.78 (3.10.2021)

Community Manager Web 1.78

Features

Show Private Integrations if Enabled - Users can now view and manage private integrations on the group level in one centralized area. If a private integration has a group configuration available it will display on the group level whether it is enabled or disabled. Examples of private integrations include Ring, and RentRoll.

Provide more Visibility and Security Around Backup Codes - Automatically rotates the PM (Property Manager) backup code on Occupancy change (anytime a unit changes to occupied or vacant). This update provides more visibility and security around backup codes. When a unit’s occupancy changes to either occupied or vacant, the PM code rotates.

Property Device Configuration Permission - A new permission that will allow the assigned user to access all property device settings of properties they are assigned to, without them needing to be an organization admin role.

Tour Prospect Codes Use PM instead of Resident Backup - This update creates better visibility into backup code usage. The new process will issue a PM backup code rather than issuing a resident backup code.

Vendor Access Code Log for Vendor Codes - This update provides additional visibility for the site staff when a backup code is issued via the vendor API. The record for this backup code is now added to the Backup Code View report. The following fields are included in the record:

Property Name | Unit Name | Property ID | Unit ID | View Date/Time | First Name | Last Name Email Address | Phone Number

BugFixes

Units Page Pagination BugFix - We have updated the pagination alignment on the Units page so that users can reference what page they are on within the pagination and on the footer. Users can now click into both the previous and next pages, and the page displays the correct data.

Notify Residents Push Notifications BugFix - This update ensures that residents do not receive a push notification when Notify Resident is disabled in the Maintenance Center configuration and a work order is generated for low battery.

Unit Filtering - This update enhances the filter experience on the Units page. Now, when filtering with 2 or more fields, users can see the units that apply for all filters chosen. This will make it easier for site staff to sort through and find specific units.

Self-Guided Tours 2.39.0

Features

Yardi Pricing Configuration - This update provides properties with a way to manage the pricing information presented to the prospect during tours. This serves to minimize the risk that the property may have to honor an incorrect price if the prospect applies.

Updated Terms of Service in SelfTourNow - The terms of service presented to prospects for self-guided touring have been newly updated in SelfTourNow.
