Community Manager Web 1.77

Salto Fob Encoder Instructions - We have added clear instructions on how to add a credential to a Salto Fob within Community Manager Web. This will eliminate any site staff confusion in regards to Salto Fob encoding. Site teams are now able to view the status of the credential; if the fob has been encoded the “Active” status will be displayed, and if not, the status will display a large “Encode” button.
Once the user clicks the Encode button they will be prompted to place the Fob in front of the reader and press “Next” to begin the pairing process. Once this process is successfully completed, the page will inform the user that the process is complete and the card is now active.

‘My Community’ Access Card - We have added a simple way for residents living in communities that utilize Brivo or Alloy Access to reference their community access codes within their Resident Mobile App. This will eliminate any issues with finding community access codes as residents can now find this access pin within the “My Access” tab in the app. The Community Access Code is synced directly from Community Manager Web, so any resident living in a community utilizing a community code can automatically see an access card view listed on their “My Access” page.
