Ring Alarm 1.0 - We are excited to announce the release of our Ring Alarm Integration 1.0! Our Ring Alarm 1.0 simplifies the previously manual process of arming or disarming units for Self-Guided Tours. This feature will allow you to sync Ring Alarms which are associated to specific units with the tourable hours which have been set in Community Manager Web. The Ring Alarm can be automatically set to arm/disarm depending on your community’s set tour hours (with a 30 minute buffer on each side).
Regions Field - We’ve added a new field called ‘Regions’ in the Property → General Settings page. This can be used to add one to many regions tags for properties from the preset regions chosen at the organization level. This will make it easier to manage user property assignments for communities within organizations that belong to a specific region.
Self-Guided Tours 2.35
Funnel Updates - We’ve made the following improvements to our Funnel Integration including the following:
Insert Lead Source - Allows site staff to know if a Self-Guided Tour lead came from their property website.
Insert No-Show and Complete Events - We’ve added additional events that allow site staff to utilize SmartRent’s Funnel Integration as a single source of truth for Visit and No-Show events. (No-Show events are when a prospect does not view/use the access code, Visit is when a prospect views the code)
Insert Cancel Events - Allows site staff to view tour cancellation events in Funnel. Cancellations can be caused by reserved time slots, staff or prospect, unit unavailability, or rescheduling.
‘Tour Now’ Attribute in Webhooks and Tours Report - We’ve added ‘Tour Now’ attributes to our webhooks and Tours report to give better visibility to clients of tours. This will allow site staff to see a ‘Tour Now’ tour versus a future scheduled tour.
Improved Tour Scheduled Alert Email (for Tours Now only) - To eliminate confusion and increase site staff visibility for ‘Tour Now’ tours we’ve updated our email notification to show the current time of when a tour was scheduled instead of the tour scheduled start time.
Custom Survey Link - Your community can now add its own “End of Tour” survey and allow for visibility of survey results. Site staff can provide their own custom survey link within Tour Settings → General → Prospect Survey. The post survey is enabled by default but now allows site staff to include their own custom survey link that prospects will be directed to after clicking the Take Survey button at the end of their scheduled tour.
Organization Level Tour URLs/QR Codes - We’ve added the ability for Organization Admins to export a list of all properties enabled for tours with their property tour URLs. Tour URLs are found within the new Organization Settings tab → Tours. Organization admins will have the ability to download the QR code to view the tour marketing information at a per property basis.
Geolocation Configuration Per Group - To prevent prospects from getting location errors in areas of new development or with bad cellular, we’ve added the ability for site staff to optionally disable geolocation. The following dropdown options are available on the Tour Settings → General → Require Geolocation page: Never, Whenever Tour Now is Selected, For Every Tour. The default setting is Never.
BugFixes
Reserve Time Slots Bug Fix - We’ve fixed a bug where reserved time slots set up for multiple days would flag tours in the past thus sending previous prospects cancellation texts for tours that were already over. This has been fixed to now only show conflicts for scheduled tours in the future.
