SmartRent Release Notes - July 11, 2019 (1.42.0)
Leak Sensor Workflow - We will no longer make leak work orders or alerts while leak sensors are still in an In Progress installation stage. This means that prior to completing the installation of a leak sensor an installer could test the device without worrying about the setting of leak work orders and notifications.
Device Installation - All devices can now be named as part of the installation workflow.
System Health Report Data Breakdown - On the system health report, in an effort to make the data easier to digest for the BI teams, we broke out the service problem-related data into separate columns; device name, work order type, and threshold. The existing column for Service Problem will still also be included.
Added No Vacant Units Message To Group Access Page - A small UI update that shows a “No Vacant Units” message when there are none to display on the Property Access tab.
Make "Emergency" Terminology Consistent - We’ve removed the word emergency from the lockout page and replaced it with backup.
Sync RealPage Work Performed Notes - We now sync in work performed notes from completed work orders from RealPage.
Track Who Completed Work Order - We’ve added tracking to view the logged-in user who completed the work order.
Yardi Transfers - We’ve fixed a bug related to Yardi transfers incorrectly showing residents as current on their old unit. We have one final ticket related to handling roommates who transfer with the resident which then we should be able to complete our Yardi certification.

Don't Show Retry Create Vacant Access Code For SmartRent Users - Since we no longer create a vacant staff code for SmartRent users we no longer need the option to show the retry create a button for them as well. We’ve removed it.
Added support for Jasco Sensor Dimmer
Installation Workflow for Switches - We’ve added installation support for switches within the new installation workflow. Now when adding a switch you’ll be asked to configure the device as well as name the device before marking it as completed.
Bugfixes
Remove Periods Next To Links In Texts - This was causing the links we sent via SMS to not work properly.
Yardi Work Order Create Date/Time - Use timestamps from status history as the primary source for created_at date/times allows us to show in our UI when the work order was created.
Display Strong Password Failures when Creating Password - Now, when a user attempts to create a password that fails to meet the criteria for a strong password, we show a flash message with the related errors.
Installer Workflow - Excluded Lock Re-Appears After Lock Inclusion -We’ve fixed a bug that was showing excluded locks after inclusion making the process confusing.
