Lease Status - we’ve updated the logic when we sync lease status from RealPage. We now gather the raw status vs performing any transformations.
Hourly Sync - we now sync everything from integrations every hour. This includes units, leases, residents, work orders, etc. As always a user can sync anytime using the sync tab.
Resident Search - we’ve made a small change to the search feature by removing any past residents from the display. Going forward only current and future residents will be searchable and displayed in the search results.
Click to call - we’ve updated the service technicians display to include a button to click to call the resident. Clicking the phone number button will open the phone with the number preloaded. As before clicking the ‘Call Required’ button after making the call will reveal the units work order access code.
Group Access Tab - we’ve made a small change to the units we display on the group access tab. Going forward only units with a status of ‘Vacant’ will be displayed. This is a change from previous, whereas we displayed units where no residents were moved-in the SmartRent system.
Grant Access to Lease Signers - we’ve made a change to simplify the move-in process by only allowing lease signers and co-signers to be ‘moved-in’ or granted access codes to the unit. This helps to prevent communicating with and granting access codes to guarantors and minors.
