SmartRent Release Notes - February 19, 2019
Release Notes in Control Room: We’ve added a navigation option to the Control Room dashboard (look for “Latest Updates”) for quick access to the most recent release notes. Users will be taken to our support site where details will be provided on the newest release items.
Leak Alert Notification: For moved-in residents that have opted in to receive push notifications, we now send leak detected alerts and automatically create a work order. We will send a push notification and email to residents with the option to report it as a false alarm. Residents that report leaks as false alarms will automatically close the work order, and maintenance team members will receive notification that the work order was closed.
Additionally, if the leak is not a false alarm, we notify subscribed control room users via email that a work order was claimed by or assigned to a maintenance member.
Search or Sort Guest, Units and Maintenance Page: We’ve added the ability to search and sort for specific queries on guest, units and maintenance pages in the control room dashboard. New column headers make it easy to sort your view based on assigned to, created date, unit number, etc.
Make Ready Work Orders: Work orders for Make Ready vendors will automatically be created when a resident is moved out in Control Room and the unit is designated as vacant. The Make Ready work order will automatically close on the determined Make Ready date. Learn more about how to set up Make Ready vendors.
Low Battery Alerts: When a device is reporting low battery (anything below 50 percent) we will send a push notification to residents letting them know a work order has been created.
Maintenance Morning Text: Maintenance members will receive a daily text message with a summary of their assigned work orders and a link to view their work order tickets.
Work Order Completed Push Notification: We will send a push notification to subscribed residents whenever a work order is completed in Control Room.
Automated Leak Work Order Claimed Email: Whenever an automatically created leak work order is assigned to a maintenance member, we notify subscribed Control Room users via email.
