Sales Report and Fee Report can be found on the Store Dashboard > Reports Tab.
Understanding the Fee Report
In the Fee Report, you'll be able to:
Select a report date or period through the [Calendar] field
Download report
View transaction details
These are the transaction details and breakdown of fees you can view:
Transaction date and time
Order #
Transaction Amount - the total amount of transaction
Guest Fee - Sociavore app fee
Guest Tax - tax from Guest fee
DoorDash Drive Fee - delivery fee for transactions using DoorDash Driver Network
DoorDash Drive Fee Tax
DoorDash Drive Tip - driver tip for DoorDash Driver Network
Total Fee Collected - sum of fees collected (Guest Fee + DoorDash Drive Fee + DoorDash Drive Tip)

In the Sales section, you'll see the breakdown of the following per period of transaction:
Gross Sales - subtotal before taxes and discounts
Discounts - promotional discounts availed by customers
Net Sales - gross sales minus discounts
Taxes - mandatory and custom taxes
Delivery Taxes - taxes from delivery fee
Tips - custom tips for restaurant
Gift Card Sales - amount of sales from gift card purchase
Refunds by Amount - refund (if any)
Total Sales - the total amount of transaction
In the Payments section, you'll see the breakdown of the following per period of transaction:
Total Collected - the total amount of transaction
Fees - Guest fee, DoorDash Drive fee, DoorDash Drive tip (same amount as the Total Fee Collected in the Fee Report)
Fees Tax - tax from fees
Net Total - Total Collected less Fees (total amount your restaurant gets from the transaction)
