Administration permissions

A general category of permissions that allow access to admin-level areas of SocioLocal, such as managing channels, users, and brand-wide settings.

Approvals (review workflow)

An optional brand-level setup where posts must be reviewed and approved before they are published. This allows HQ teams to maintain brand guidelines, consistency, and oversight across all local locations.

Approvals queue

The workspace where posts waiting for review are displayed. Reviewers can approve, reject, or request changes before posts are scheduled or published.

Aspect ratio

The shape of an image or video, defined by its width and height. Different social platforms require different aspect ratios, which can affect how content is cropped or displayed.
