Auto-Posting on SocioConnect

If you navigate to the channels tab on www.socioconnect.io, you will see an additional field called AutoPosting to the left of your connected channels.

This feature allows SocioLocal users (local retailers) to select whether or not they would like to receive Brand Posts automatically from their Head Office or, if they would like to opt out of Auto-Posting and instead receive HQ posts as suggestions. This means they will no longer have to contact Socio Support to opt out of Auto-Posting.

A SocioLocal user can turn this toggle on or off for each channel they have connected whenever they feel.

How does this impact SocioCommand users?

Well, when creating a post for your channels, you will now see two tabs; basic and advanced. If you select the basic tab, posts will be scheduled as usual, ignoring the state of the toggle on the channels tab.

If you select the advanced tab, you will be able to create a post and it will be delivered based on the toggle state on the Channels screen. You will also be able to override this by directly posting to all channels at any time or, even, suggesting posts to all channels.
