Notifications are separated into 2 sections on SocioConnect; push notifications & email notifications. A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. We recommend keeping all notifications on to enable you to manage your social media channels promptly and ensure your channels and ad accounts remain connected at all times.

How to edit your notification preferences:

  1. Log in to SocioLocal and go to the menu in the bottom right corner. ☰

  2. Select the "Settings" option.

  3. Once there, select Notifications.

  4. Here, you can turn on and off the toggle to the right of the heading to opt in and out of receiving either push or email notifications.
