Notifications are separated into 2 sections on SocioConnect; web & email notifications. A web notification is a message that pops up on the top right-hand corner of our website. We recommend keeping all notifications on to enable you to manage your social media channels promptly and ensure your channels and ad accounts remain connected at all times.

How to edit your notification preferences:

  1. Log in to SocioLocal and click the 3 dots to the right of your profile name and icon (beside the notification bar)

  2. Select the "Edit Profile" option.

  3. Once there, select Notifications.

  4. Here, you can turn on and off the toggle to the right of the heading to opt in and out of receiving either web or email notifications.
