The scan runs on TikTok's permission, so a failing scan is almost always fixed on the TikTok side: update the app, or reset the authorization and approve it fresh.
Update TikTok
An outdated TikTok version can block the scan:
Open the App Store.
Search TikTok.
Tap Update if an update is available.
Try the scan again in Soco.
Reset the TikTok authorization
TikTok Shop permissions can stop syncing correctly, and resetting them clears that:
In Soco, go to Account → Continue with TikTok.
On the TikTok authorization page, scroll down.
Tap Remove all access.
Go back to Soco and connect your account again.
Run the scan once more and check it completes.
Reinstall Soco
If scanning still fails:
Delete the Soco app.
Reinstall it from the App Store.
Open Soco and try the scan again.
Still not scanning?
Message us in the app chat and describe what happens when the scan fails. Include a screenshot or a screen recording if you can; it lets the tech team investigate directly instead of guessing.
