Showcase Scan Not Working

If your Soco showcase scan isn’t loading or completing, follow the steps below in order. Most users fix the issue after Step 1 or Step 2.

Step 1: Update TikTok

Outdated TikTok versions can block the scan.

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Search TikTok

  3. Tap Update if an update is available

Try the scan again in Soco.


Step 2: Reset TikTok authorization permissions

Sometimes TikTok Shop permissions don't sync correctly. Resetting them usually fixes the issue.

  1. In Soco, go to Account → Continue with TikTok

  2. On the TikTok authorization page, scroll down

  3. Tap Remove all access

  4. Go back to Soco and connect your account again

  5. Try scanning your showcase once more

This solves the issue for most users!


Step 3: Reinstall Soco

If scanning still doesn't work:

  1. Delete the Soco app

  2. Reinstall it from the App Store

  3. Open Soco and try the scan again
