Trouble Linking Your TikTok Account

For users who are unable to link any TikTok account with Soco at all.

Step 1: Update TikTok

Outdated TikTok versions often block the connection.

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Search TikTok

  3. Update the app if an update is available

Try connecting again in Soco. If it still doesn't work, move to the next step.


Step 2: Reset TikTok authorization permissions in Soco

  1. Under Profile in the Soco app, tap Continue with TikTok

  2. On the TikTok authorization page, scroll down

  3. Tap Remove all access

  4. Go back to Soco and try Continue with TikTok again

This solves the issue for most users.


Step 3: Reinstall Soco

If the issue continues:

  1. Delete the Soco app

  2. Reinstall it from the App Store

  3. Try connecting again
