Can I hide my Video and Live GMV from Soco?

You hide your Video and Live GMV from Soco by switching off the Show sellers detailed sales performance data toggle in your TikTok Shop privacy settings, which is a TikTok setting rather than a Soco one.

Yes, you can hide your Video and Live GMV from Soco. The switch is TikTok's Show sellers detailed sales performance data toggle, inside your TikTok Shop privacy settings, not inside Soco.

Switch the toggle off

The toggle lives inside TikTok, so the steps run through the TikTok app:

  1. Open the TikTok app and go to your TikTok Shop dashboard from your Profile.

  2. Tap your account icon at the top to open the My account menu.

  3. Tap Privacy settings.

  4. Switch Show sellers detailed sales performance data off.

Within a few days, Soco starts showing N/A for your Video and Live GMV. Depending on whether Soco can estimate your GMV from other public signals, you either stay in Creator Finder with a Total GMV range or drop out of the index entirely. Switching the same toggle back on makes your full figures public again.

What stays visible

The toggle only hides your detailed sales breakdown. These stay public:

  • Your TikTok profile, videos and product links

  • Your follower count and content

  • Your Total GMV in Creator Finder, shown as an estimated range like $60K to $150K, if Soco can estimate it from public signals

What gets hidden from Soco:

  • Your Video GMV

  • Your Live GMV

  • Your product-by-product sales detail, including units sold per content and daily GMV

The trade-off you're making

Brands often use the public Video and Live GMV figures to qualify creators for paid collaborations, so hiding them can reduce inbound brand outreach. If Soco can't estimate your GMV from public signals, you also drop out of the top 10,000 index. What you gain is privacy: competitors can't read your sales strategy from your numbers.
