Why can't I find a creator in Creator Finder?

A creator missing from Creator Finder is most often hiding their sales data with TikTok's privacy toggle, or is below the top-10,000 threshold, outside the US, or searched with the wrong handle.

A creator can be missing from Creator Finder for four reasons. Rule out the quickest one first: that you're searching the wrong handle.

Check the exact handle first

The username you're searching may not match the creator's exact TikTok handle. Copy the handle from their TikTok profile URL, the part after the @ in tiktok.com/@handle, and search that.

They turned off TikTok's sales-data setting

The most common cause: the creator switched off TikTok's Show sellers detailed sales performance data privacy setting, so Soco can't read their Video or Live GMV. If Soco can estimate their GMV from public signals, they stay in the index with Total GMV shown as a range; if not, they drop out entirely. The creator-side view of that setting is in Can I hide my Video and Live GMV from Soco?

They're below the top-10,000 threshold

Creator Finder indexes the top 10,000 TikTok Shop affiliates per market. Creators below that threshold by GMV don't appear until they cross into the top 10,000.

They're outside the US

Creator Finder is currently live in the US only. Creators in other countries don't appear, even if they sell on TikTok Shop.
