Movie Playback issues with Plex

Do THis to Fix Plex

1. Uninstall the Plex App. if you are not sure how see this on how:

2. Go to plex.tv on whatever device(Phone or PC) browser you plan to use for logging in. And click on the Menu and make sure you are SIGNED OUT of Plex on that also.

Be Sure you Know your Correct Login info to Plex. If you have NO content you are likely not using the correct info. You can look it up HERE

3. Then on that phone or PC sign in with your correct info at https://www.plex.tv/

4. Then Follow this info the Correct way to sign in: https://boxhelpers.com/plex/ Be sure to follow this to get logged in and have everything working.

IMPORTANT If it is a Softbox Go, Or Firestick Use your Microphone so search for the Correct Plex from the App store on the Device(NOT BOX X). If it is a Softbox X-- Use the Plex Listed in Box X for Box X. You have to scroll to the right to find the correct one.

5. If you log into Plex on a device and it Stuck saying Loading but never loads any content. UnPlug and replug in your box. this will fix it. Then you will need to Pin all your categories. Follow this Video to do that: https://vimeo.com/1001402502
