Visa invitation letters are issued only to confirmed attendees with fully paid registrations. Requests must be submitted to the Solarplaza team in advance to allow sufficient time to prepare the letter and for you to complete your visa application before travelling.
How to request a visa invitation letter
To request a visa invitation letter:
Complete your event registration.
Ensure your registration is fully paid.
Provide the required information and documents, including:
Full name as shown in your passport
Nationality
Passport number
Date of birth
Passport expiry date
Company name and position
A copy of your passport
Intended travel dates and visa application location, if requested
Submit your request well in advance of your planned travel dates to allow sufficient time for your visa application to be processed.
