Yes. A visa invitation letter can only be issued once your registration is complete and your ticket has been paid in full. The letter confirms your participation in the event, so a confirmed, paid registration is required before it can be provided. You can check the payment status of your registration at any time in the My Orders section of your Solarplaza account dashboard.
