We understand that a visa rejection can be disappointing. Unfortunately, Solarplaza has no influence over decisions made by embassies or consulates and cannot intervene in the visa application process.
Your options
If your visa application is rejected and you are unable to attend the event, you may be able to:
Transfer your ticket to a colleague
Contact the Solarplaza support team to discuss any other available options
Any additional requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
