Whether you select 'Pay by Card' or 'Pay by Invoice' during registration, you can view and download your invoice from your Solarplaza account. Simply log in and navigate to your Solarplaza account Dashboard > My Orders.
If you select 'Pay by Invoice', a copy of the invoice will also be sent to the person who completed the transaction, whether that be you or the person who registered your attendance on your behalf. Once payment has been received and processed, the event will appear in your Dashboard > My Events.
If you cannot locate your invoice, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our Solarplaza Support Team at support@solarplaza.com for assistance.
