A VAT (Value Added Tax) number identifies businesses that are registered for VAT and enables invoices to be issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

If your company is VAT-registered, enter your VAT number during registration so it can be included on your invoice.

If you are registering as an individual or your company is not VAT-registered, you can still register for the event.

  • What if I do not have a VAT number?

If you are registering as an individual, or if your company is not VAT-registered, you can still proceed with your registration. However, you will still need to enter a value in the VAT number field.

  • What format should I use when entering my VAT number?

The format of the VAT number field depends on the billing country you selected during registration. In most cases, the VAT number consists of the applicable country code followed by 8–10 digits, although the exact format varies by country.

If you are unsure which format to use, please contact our Solarplaza Support Team at support@solarplaza.com, who can provide the correct country-specific format.
