We'll review your request and confirm the outcome by email.
For accounting and VAT compliance reasons, invoices cannot always be edited directly once they have been issued. In many cases, a corrected invoice may be issued instead, or a credit note may be created followed by a new invoice with the updated billing details.
Please provide the original invoice details and the information to be corrected when submitting your request.
