To view the emails and SMS your clients receive about their booking:
Go to Menu
Click on Booking system
Select Email & SMS updates
The page displays each email and SMS your client is set to receive
Click into the type of email/SMS to view details, switch off the sending of the email or SMS, edit the message content or view the messages that have been sent on the send log
Note - As of September 2nd, 2024, the send log feature has replaced the option to send yourself a copy of every email that a client receives.
