How do I view the emails my client is receiving about their booking?

To view the emails and SMS your clients receive about their booking:

  1. Go to Menu

  2. Click on Booking system

  3. Select Email & SMS updates

  4. The page displays each email and SMS your client is set to receive

  5. Click into the type of email/SMS to view details, switch off the sending of the email or SMS, edit the message content or view the messages that have been sent on the send log

Note - As of September 2nd, 2024, the send log feature has replaced the option to send yourself a copy of every email that a client receives.
