Play your song through your Song Page
Check that your song is ready
If you've received an email from us saying that your song is ready, or you've checked your Order Status Page, and it says that your song is ready, then it's ready to play!
Go to your Song Page
You can access your Song Page directly from the email we sent you telling you your song was ready, or from your Order Status Page, by clicking the "Take me to my song" button.
Click the Play button
At the top of your song page, you will see a song player. Just click the play button to start playing your song! If you have any issues playing your song, please check out our troubleshooting guide.
💡 Your Song Page will remain accessible indefinitely, so you can revisit and share it anytime you like. We do recommend downloading your song though, just so you have a backup!
