Create a Ticket
Step 1
Navigate to https://partner.sparrowhub.com.au/queue/orders
Step 2
Click "Create New Ticket"
Step 3
Select which type of service you would like to add to the ticket e.g. "Vaccination"
Step 4
Add notes about the service if required
Step 5
Add multiple services to a single ticket
Step 6
Press "Next"
Step 7
Fill in the "Name" and "Mobile Number" fields
Step 8
Press "Next"
Step 9
Press "Print All Dockets" or "Print Customer Docket"
Step 10
Press "Complete"
Step 11
The ticket will now be visible in the Dispensary Queue
Alert the Customer
Once you are ready to conduct the service or consult the customer, you can alert the customer by following the below steps:
Step 1
Press "Ready for Service"
Step 2
Press "Mark as Ready for Service"
Step 3
This ticket will now be found in the Awaiting Collection queue
Complete the Service
Step 1
Press "Begin Collection"
Step 2
Add any notes about the service and press "Complete"
Step 3
The ticket can now be found in "Archived Tickets"
