How Do I Handle Special Orders?

Follow this guide to manage special orders via the on hold functionality within SparrowQueue.

Step 1

Locate the order you want to put on hold within the 'Dispensing Queue'

Step 3
Press the three dots in the top right-hand corner

Step 4
Click "Place order on hold"


Step 5

This will move the order to the 'On Hold' queue.


Step 6

Whenever the customer is ready to be notified to pick up their script, press the "Ready for Collection" button
