Processing the order
Step 1
Go to Open Orders > Incoming Orders
Step 2
Find the order you want to process
Step 3
Press the ‘Pick Items’ button
Step 4
Press the ‘Print Pick List’ button to open the print dialog
Step 5
Print the pick list
Note: Make sure you have the correct printer selected – this is usually the Brother printer.
Step 6
Once you have collected all the items for the order, press ‘Package Order’
Step 7
Select how many bags/parcels you require for this order
Step 8
Press the ‘Confirm Order Details’ button
Step 9
Confirm the details on this page are correct and press ‘Print Package Label'
Step 10
Print the collection label
Note: Make sure you have the correct printer selected – the Zebra printer.
Step 11
Press the ‘Mark Order as Ready for Delivery’ button
Step 12
Confirm you have packaged the correct products and quantities by pressing 'Yes, I have'
Step 13
Go to Dispatch & Collection > Awaiting Courier Pickup to view the order.
Marking the order as delivered
Step 1
Go to Dispatch & Collection > Awaiting Courier Pickup to view the order.
Step 2
Press the ‘Mark Order as Delivered’ button
Step 3
Confirm the order has been delivered by pressing 'Yes, I have'
Step 4
Go to Closed Orders > Completed Orders to view the order.
