How Do I Create a Manifest?

Guide for finalising Australia Post drop-off or pickup orders by creating manifests.

Drop Off Orders

Step 1

Go to Requires Manifest > Drop Off Orders

Note: This category will only be visible if an Australia Post order has been processed but is awaiting finalisation of the manifest


Step 2

Press the ‘Finalise Australia Post Drop Off’ button

Note: Please ensure all orders listed in this subcategory are packaged and ready for shipping before proceeding. Once the manifest is finalised, there is no way to remove an order from this list.

Step 3

Press the ‘Print Manifest’ button to open the print dialog

Step 4

Print the manifest

Note: Make sure you have the correct printer selected – this is usually the Brother printer.


Step 5

Press the ‘Proceed to Next Step’ button

Step 6

Confirm that you are familiar with the specific drop off location

Note: Drop offs can only be made to the location shown on this screen. This will differ for each store.

Step 7

Go to Closed Orders > Completed Orders to view the order

Note: The Australia Post tracking link will become visible on the order tile


Pickup Orders

Step 1

Go to Requires Manifest > Pickup Orders

Note: This category will only be visible if an Australia Post order has been processed but is awaiting finalisation of the manifest


Step 2

Press the ‘Finalise Australia Post Pickup’ button

Note: Please ensure all orders listed in this subcategory are packaged and ready for shipping before proceeding. Once the manifest is finalised, there is no way to remove an order from this list.

Step 3

Press the ‘Print Manifest’ button to open the print dialog

Step 4

Print the manifest

Note: Make sure you have the correct printer selected – this is usually the Brother printer.

Step 5

Press the ‘Proceed to Next Step’ button


Step 6

Call Australia Post to schedule a pickup

Note: You must call Australia Post by 10am to schedule in a pickup for the same day.


Step 7

Go to Closed Orders > Completed Orders to view the order

Note: The Australia Post tracking link will become visible on the order tile
