A partial refund is a refund of only part of the order with the intention that the rest of the order will be sent to the customer.

A partial refund can be submitted before an order has been processed or after it has been delivered.

Step 1

Locate the order you want to refund and press the three dots in the top right corner

Step 2

Press "Refund Order"

Step 3

Press "Partial Refund"

Step 4

Press "Proceed to Next Step"

Step 5

Select which products you would like to return

Step 6

Press "Select Quantities to Return"

Step 7

Use the quantity selector to select how many items you would like to refund

Step 8

Press "Select Reason for Refund"

Step 9

Select the reason for the return

Step 10

Press "Add Order Notes"

Step 11

Add any notes if necessary

Press "Confirm Refund Details"

Step 13

Confirm the refund details and press "Finalise Refund"

Step 14

Press "Yes, I'm Sure" to finalise the refund

Step 15

The rest of the items in the order can now be processed as normal
