Navigate to the order

Step 2

Press the three dots in the top-right corner of the order

Step 3

Click 'Send message to customer'

Step 4

Enter your message to the customer in the 'Custom Message' field

Step 5

Edit the 'Mobile Number' field if required

Step 6

Click 'Send SMS'
