Commissioners can monitor whether members have submitted their picks directly in the Entrants Manager.
👀 Steps to Monitor Entrant Picks
Go to the Commissioner tab within the Splash app.
Select your Active tab and click Manage on your contest.
Select Manage Entrants.
Review the list of entries under the "Entries with Picks" column.
Use the provided columns to verify who has submitted their picks.
You can also download your entrants' data — click the Download button to get a .csv file with email addresses, Surviving Entries, and Entries with Picks. Picks become public after the official pick deadline passes.
Verifying Picks Before a Deadline
To check who has submitted before the deadline:
Go to the Commissioner tab and select your contest.
Select Active > Manage.
Open Manage Entrants to review submissions.
Send follow-up reminders to participants who haven't picked yet.
Picks cannot be added or edited after the deadline. Entries that miss the deadline are eliminated regardless of game outcomes.
