How to Reset Your Password
Go to the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your Splash account.
Click Send Reset Email.
Check your inbox for a reset email — it should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. Note: the link expires after 60 minutes.
⚠️ Important: Password resets are no longer supported in the Splash mobile app. Please use a web browser on your phone or computer to complete the reset.
