Account Merges, Duplicate Accounts, and Email Not Found

Help with duplicate Splash Sports accounts, email not recognized at login, account merges, and migrated accounts from RunYourPool and OfficefootballPool.

I think I have two Splash accounts — can they be merged?

Yes, in many cases accounts can be merged. This commonly happens when a user signed up directly with a Splash email and also imported an account from RunYourPool or OfficefootballPool, ending up with two separate profiles.

To request an account merge, contact us at support@splashsports.com with:

  • The email addresses for both accounts

  • Which account you'd like to keep as your primary

  • Any relevant details (e.g., one account has contest history, the other has your balance)

Our team will review both accounts and assist with the merge where possible.

My email address isn't recognized — why can't I log in?

If you're getting an error saying your email isn't found, here are the most common reasons:

  • You may have used a different email address when you first signed up. Try any alternate emails you use.

  • You signed up via RunYourPool or OfficefootballPool — try logging in with those credentials on Splash Sports.

  • You may not have completed the sign-up process — try registering again with the same email.

  • Autocorrect may have changed your email when you typed it — double-check for typos.

I accidentally created a second account — what should I do?

Splash Sports has a strict one-account-per-user policy. If you accidentally created a second account, do not use both — contact us immediately at support@splashsports.com so we can consolidate your accounts before there are any compliance issues. Having multiple active accounts can result in account restrictions.

Can I change my account's email address?

Yes, in most cases. Contact our support team at support@splashsports.com with your current account email and the email address you'd like to switch to. Our team will verify your identity and assist with the change.

I migrated from RunYourPool or OfficefootballPool — where is my account history?

Most contest history from RunYourPool and OfficefootballPool has been migrated to Splash Sports. To find your past contests:

  1. Log in at splashsports.com using your RYP or OFP email and password.

  2. Go to the My Contests tab.

  3. Select the Final tab to view completed contests from previous seasons.

If your history isn't appearing, contact us with your original email address and we'll investigate.

My account was suspended or restricted — what should I do?

If your account has been restricted or suspended, you'll typically receive an email from our team explaining the reason. Common causes include:

  • Multiple accounts detected

  • Suspected VPN or location-masking tool usage

  • Verification issues requiring follow-up

  • Unusual account activity
