Splash Sports cannot merge two separate user accounts into one. Each account is tied to a unique identity for legal and compliance reasons, so combined account balances, contest histories, or entry records cannot be transferred between accounts.
I accidentally created two accounts — what can I do?
If you created a duplicate account by mistake, contact support@splashsports.com. Our team will help you identify which account to keep and close the other. You'll need to verify ownership of both accounts.
Note: Any balance or winnings in the account being closed will moved to the newly active account.
I just need to change my email address — is that different?
Yes — updating your email address is not a merge. Our support team can update the email on your existing account. See How to Update Your Email Address on Splash Sports for full details.
Can someone else request changes to my account?
No. For privacy and security reasons, Splash Sports will only accept account change requests from the registered account owner, using their registered email address. We cannot action requests made by third parties on behalf of another user — even a spouse, family member, or commissioner.
