How to get refund upon trip cancellations?

To get a refund upon trip cancellation, you can cancel the trip by pressing “Cancel and refund” this will issue a refund. The funds take 5-10 business days to return back to the

card.

How do you change the price for someone that already paid?

Unfortunately, that isn’t something you can do right now. You could add an addon for the difference if it’s an increase in price.

How to cancel and refund a guest?

First, you need to go to the Company stats, then on the left, you will see Cancel a Trip. Find the person's name then click Cancel and refund.
