Updated over a week ago

Intended Audience: Trip Organizers who want to learn how Promo Label works and how to turn it on.

Article Summary: Promo Labels are displayed on packages when there are 5 or fewer remaining packages available. To turn this feature on, go to the Trip Builder > Packages > Enable Promo Label should be turned on.

Table of Contents:

What is a promo label?

By enabling the premium feature Promotion Label, when there are 5 or less packages available, travelers will see a “Only 5 remaining!” tag. When a traveler purchases the package, the count is updated to show “Only 4 remaining!”

How do I turn this feature on?

To enable Promotion Label, go to Trip Builder > Packages > toggle on Enable Promo Label

What does this look like on the trip page?

When this feature is turned on, the label will appear just above the package name. When packages are purchased, the count will be reduced automatically until the package is sold out.

If a traveler cancels the trip or you increase the quantity of available packages, the package count will automatically adjust.

What does this look like when the package is sold out?

When the package is sold out, the promo label will be removed and "Sold Out" replaces "Book Now". If a traveler cancels or you increase the number of available packages, the "Sold Out" label will be removed and the promo tag will be replaced if there are 5 or less packages available.
