There are two types of Scores available in Documents: Question Scores and Summary Scores… Summary Scores calculate overall scores from multiple Question Scores… Summary Scores are used to total sets of Question Scores

Troubleshooting: Scores not calculating after finishing Document

After completing a scored Document, the score is not appearing… Once a Scored Document has been finalized the Score cannot be changed -- this includes making changes… unanswered then the No Response Limit should be set to the same number of questions that are in the Score
