PenelopeMobile Calendar

The Calendar in PenelopeMobile allows the Worker to view their schedule (e.g. upcoming events (appointments) including attendees, time and duration, location, event status etc).
Below you will find a guide on how to use PenelopeMobile’s Calendar features. If you have any questions or need any assistance please contact your technical support team.
How to Access Your Calendar in PenelopeMobile
The Calendar tile will allow you to view your schedule including event details (attendees, time and duration, location, event status etc) in PenelopeMobile. Depending on the device you are using the location of the Calendar tile may vary. Below you will find the most common locations.
Using a Tablet
When using a tablet you are most likely going to find the Calendar at the top of the page (see image below).
Tap on the Calendar tile to open your Calendar.
Using a Phone
When using a phone you are most likely going to find the Calendar directly below the PenelopeMobile logo (depending on your phone you may need to scroll down a little bit).
Tap on the Calendar tile to open your Calendar.
Calendar Upcoming Tab
The Calendar Upcoming tab will display a list of all your upcoming Service Events (appointments), Indirect Events, Group Events and Informal Events. Tapping on the event will display the Event page.

Calendar History Tab
The Calendar History tab will display a list of all your historical Service Events (appointments), Indirect Events, Group Events and Informal Events. There is also the option here to filter your events to help ensure only relevant events are displayed. Tapping on the event will display the Event page.

Calendar History Tab – Filter Events
You can use a variety of filters to narrow down which events are visible in Your Events history. The following filters are available:
Service
Date Range
Order By (Newest on Top or Oldest on Top)
To apply one or more filters to Your Events history:
Navigate to your Calendar (see instructions above).
Tap the History tab.
Tap Filter Events.
Choose the filters you want to use.
Click Filter.
Calendar Upcoming and History Tab – Event Page
Once you have tapped on either an upcoming event or historical event you will be taken to the Event page. From here you can view additional information about the event (the information may vary slightly depending on event type).
By tapping on the event address a new window will open in Google Maps displaying the actual location (as long as the address is correct).
