REASSIGN MULTIPLE EVENTS TO ANOTHER WORKER

THE BASICS

The Rapid Scheduling feature is designed to make it easy for you to reassign multiple Events to another worker in Penelope. This feature is great for managing last minute shift changes, sick days, or any other unexpected changes in a worker’s schedule where you need to quickly reassign all Events from one worker to one or more other workers.

The Rapid Scheduling feature is available on the Assignment tab in the Agency Events page in Penelope. On the Assignment tab, you can search for all Events assigned to a specific worker based on the date range, individual client, Case Service, Site, and/or Event Type. You can also optionally exclude Non-Scheduled Events. Once you’ve determined your criteria and clicked the View option, all applicable Events display below.

When you are choosing who to reassign the Event(s) to, you can optionally set the new worker as the primary worker (this option is only applicable for Events where the worker you’re assigning away from was not the primary worker. If the worker was the primary worker, the new worker will automatically be set as the primary worker).

STEP 1

Click the Agency Events button

STEP 2

Click the Assignment tab.

STEP 3

In the Events with: field, type the name of the worker whose events you want to reassign.

STEP 4

Select any filters to find the events you want to reassign.

STEP 5

Click View.

STEP 6

In the Event List section, review the appointments you want to reassign.

STEP 7: OPTION 1

To reassign all events to the same worker, in the Set all to field, type the name of the worker you want to reassign the event to. If applicable for the event(s), click Set as primary. Note: If desired, you can modify any individual event using the process indicated in Option 2.

STEP 7: OPTION 2

To reassign the events to different workers, in the Assign to field, type the name of the worker you want to reassign the event to. If applicable for the event(s), click Set as primary. Repeat for all remaining events you want to reassign.

STEP 8

Click Assign

Once you’ve reassigned an event, the event displays with the new Primary Worker at the bottom of the Event List.
