The Data Quality Issues List (DQIL) in Penelope allows your agency to proactively address errors as they occur, improving both your organizational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

The DQIL appears as a tab on the Collaboration Suite in Penelope, giving each user clear insight and one-click access to any data entry errors that need to be addressed. Checking the DQIL tab can become part of each user’s morning or weekly routine, and supervisors can track the data cleanup in real-time.

Examples of popular items on the DQIL include

  • User-defined fields not filled out

  • DOB not entered

  • Event attendance not taken

  • Service File close reason not selected

  • The main contact info missing

  • An individual policy is not part of the Billing Sequence

Full list of items on the DQIL

  • A Default DOB was selected for an Individual

  • Past Service Event attendance has not been taken

  • Past Group Event attendance has not been taken

  • Close Reason not selected for a closed Service File

  • The number of Estimated Sessions has not been entered on the Service File

  • A Policy exists for an Individual but is not part of a Billing Sequence

  • An Individual doesn’t have a Collateral Contact

  • The Main Contact method does not exist for an Individual

  • DSS information is not filled out on the Individual Profile but the Individual is part of a DSS Service File

  • DSS Member Information has not been filled out on the DSS tab of the Service File

  • DSS Member Information has not been filled out on the DSS tab of the Group

  • DSS Session Details have not been filled out for a Service Event marked ‘Show’

  • DSS Session Details have not been filled out for a Group Event marked ‘Show’

Items on the DQIL list that would require some customization

  • A registration Cart Item hasn’t been added to a first Group Event

  • A cart item hasn’t been added for a Service Event of a particular Event type

  • A specific Document has not been completed on a Service File.

  • A date in a Document is occurring in x amount of time.

  • Individual User-defined fields haven’t been filled out.

  • Case User-Defined fields haven’t been filled out.

  • Service File User-defined fields haven’t been filled out.

DQIL Licensing Requirements

The DQIL is licensed based on the number of Active Named Users at your organization. Please contact your Account Manager to learn more about adding the DQIL to Penelope or the Support Team.
