If a Worker has "Restrict Intake to assigned Case Services" enabled in their Security Class, only displaying those Case Services that the Worker is assigned to in the Pre-Enrolment Parameters Case Service dropdown is intended functionality.

Potential Workaround

On the Pre-Enrollment Setup page on the System Admin side, there is a space for User Defined Fields with a customizable dropdown.

It's possible to edit this dropdown to include a list of Case Services that Workers can choose from. In the Referral Wizard, this dropdown is next to the Case Service dropdown.

There are more customizable dropdowns in Referral setup, also on the System Admin side.

These are found in the Field Setup box, and once made active are used on the Referral Entry page of the Referral Wizard.
