What is “GM earnings to site credit”?
This feature allows Game Masters to convert money they’ve earned on StartPlaying into non-withdrawable site credit. You can then use that credit to book games as a player.
Why would I convert my earnings to site credit?
Many Game Masters also play games on StartPlaying. Converting your earnings to site credit removes checkout friction and lets you spend your earnings directly.
Can I withdraw site credit to my bank?
No. StartPlaying credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or cashed out.
Is the conversion permanent?
Yes. Conversions of earnings to credit are final unless StartPlaying verifies a system or processing error.
How do I convert my earnings into credit?
Go to your Payouts page
Click Convert to Credit
Select the amount you want to convert
Click Convert
Does my site credit expire?
No. Site credit on StartPlaying does not expire.
Will my credit automatically apply at checkout?
Yes. Available credit will automatically be applied to eligible bookings.
What happens if a game I paid for with credit is refunded?
Refunds are issued as credit, not to payoutable earnings or your bank account.
Can I transfer my credit to another user?
No. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used on your own account.
Where can I see my credit balance?
Your balance is displayed on your Credit Balance page, separate from your earnings.
