You can delete Adventures at any time from your Listings page. Game Templates can also be deleted, but only if they have no Adventures attached to them.
How do I delete an Adventure?
Go to your Listings page
Find the Adventure you want to delete
Click the three dots next to the Adventure
Select Delete
Confirm the deletion
⚠️ Important: If the Adventure has players signed up, they will be automatically notified that the game has been cancelled. Since players are not charged until 1 hour after a session starts, no refunds are needed as long as you delete the Adventure before any session begins.
How do I delete a Game Template?
Go to your Listings page
Find the Game Template you want to delete
Click the three dots next to the template
Select Delete
Confirm the deletion
⚠️ Important: You cannot delete a Game Template that has Adventures attached to it. You must delete all associated Adventures before you can delete the template.
What if I want to temporarily hide a game instead of deleting it?
If you don't want to permanently delete an Adventure but want to stop it from appearing in search, you can set it to Private or change its status to Pending instead. See What is Active vs. Pending? for more detail.
Can I recover a deleted Adventure or Game Template?
No. Deletion is permanent. If you need to restore a deleted Adventure, contact our support team via the chat below — they may be able to help depending on the circumstances.
