Setting Up The Schedule / Frequency On Adventures

Written by Dougbear the Bugbear

Your Adventure's schedule tells players how often your game meets. It also determines how players can filter for your game on the Find Games page using the Frequency filter.

What schedule options are available?

When creating an Adventure, you can choose from four schedule options:

  • Weekly: your game meets once every week

  • Bi-weekly: your game meets once every two weeks

  • Once a Month: your game meets once per month

  • Custom: for schedules that don't fit a standard frequency. Use this if your game meets on a varying or unpredictable basis

πŸ“Œ Note: Batch scheduling is only available for Weekly and Bi-weekly games. If you select Monthly or Custom, you will need to schedule sessions individually. See How Do I Batch Schedule My Sessions? for more detail.

When do I choose my Adventure's schedule?

You choose the schedule when you create a new Adventure.

Can I edit my Adventure's schedule?

Yes, you can change the schedule for an existing Adventure at any time.

  1. Go to your Listings page

  2. Click on your Adventure or click the three dots next to it, then click Edit

  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the screen

  4. Click Change Schedule

Can I add a session outside my Schedule?

Yes. If a session doesn't fall on your set schedule, an alert will appear at the bottom of the screen letting you know the session is "off schedule."

This is just a reminder. It does not prevent you from scheduling the session.
