There are many reasons why you might need to remove a player from a game listing you have active on StartPlaying. Whatever the case, the steps to finding the player in question's request and removing them are laid out below.

How to Remove a Player from a Game

Navigate to your Listings Page

Navigate to Your Adventure

You can click on the name of the Adventure, or you can click the 3 dots then click Edit

Go to the "Players" section, and click the 3 dots next to their name to find the "Remove player" button

You'll see a full list of all players in your Adventure, make sure you have the correct player selected! ๐Ÿ‘€

โ€‹Fill out the "Remove player" pop-up and click "Remove"

To confirm the player removal, you'll need to pick a reason from the drop-down menu that appears in this pop-up. Give some detail in the text box.

Once you've selected a Removal reason and filled out the Additional context, click Remove to finalize the player's removal.

Note: If the player has multiple seats to their name and you want to remove all of them, you'll need to do the process for each seat.

You should now see that the player has been removed!

If you don't wish to remove your player from the game, but just reset their price for one session because they forgot to skip, see this article.
