Open Subscription in Sternify to see your plan, its price, and your next payment. You change plans there, and Shopify shows the exact amount before you approve.
Plans
Starter
Sections, quantity bundles, product sets, upsells, free gifts, banners, and timers.
Pro
Everything in Starter, plus reviews and the cart drawer.
Change your plan or billing interval
In Subscription, choose monthly or yearly, then the plan.
Approve it on Shopify’s screen, which shows the amount and the date of the first payment.
More expensive plan
It starts right away. Shopify takes the unused days of your current plan into account.
Cheaper plan, or yearly to monthly
You keep your current plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the new plan starts. Until then the card at the top shows Change scheduled with that date, and Keep Pro (with your current plan’s name) keeps you where you are. The remaining days aren’t credited.
After cancelling
If you choose a plan before your access ends, your current plan stays until then and the new one starts after it.
Trials and prices
Free trial
Your first subscription includes a free trial, usually 7 days. Each store gets one trial, and reinstalling doesn’t reset it.
Older or discounted price
Your price stays as long as you keep your plan. A new plan uses today’s price, which Shopify shows before you approve.
